TEAM TRAINING
We are proud to partner with high school and adult sports teams in the area. We offer strength, conditioning, speed, and agility training programs that are tailored to each team's specific needs. We can travel to the team’s home facility or host teams at our facility in New Brighton.
We are highly invested in the teams that we work with. Every relationship starts with a meeting with the coach and learning what the team needs and wants to develop. We build the plan and then get the team involved.
We’ve seen athletes significantly improve performance, become more passionate about their fitness, and train harder at practices — at the same time team morale and cohesiveness go through the roof.

MEET WITH A COACH
Team coaches or captains schedule a 30-45 minute meeting to sit down with a coach and discuss their team’s goals, season schedule, what’s worked, and what hasn’t.
We’ll learn as much as we can about your team and work to find the right fit for a partnership.

TRAINING SESSION
Coaches who are looking to set up an in-season partnership, where athletes train with us in our classes, can arrange for a 1-hour free training session.
We’ll run the group through a warm-up, workout, and cool down that’s similar to what an in-season training workout would look like and explain the next steps on how to keep training with us. We’ll answer any questions that athletes have about training, goals, recovery, and nutrition.
