The Gifford Fitness community, a gym in New Brighton, is here to inspire people to be better. Better athletes, better family members, better friends, better coworkers, and better people. We are constantly pursuing excellence. We aim to be leaders in our industry, and we aim for our community members to be leaders in our society.
A broad and inclusive group fitness program geared toward optimizing health.
Classes for kids 7-10, designed around play, getting kids moving, skills that carry over into many sports, and most of all FUN!
TEENS CROSSFIT + WEIGHTLIFTING
A year round sports performance training program for youth athletes, ages 11-18, focusing on building strength, speed, and general athleticism.
PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Unique schedules, sport-specific training, illness, injury, special needs, and skill development are just a few of the many reasons we see clients choose to work individually or in small groups with a coach.
Meet with a coach to establish concrete and measurable goals and collaboratively develop nutrition and meal plans.
