We love visitors!

If you are in town for a few days, are an experienced athlete, are a member of a similar community gym, please contact us to arrange a workout with us.

The fee for a drop-in is $35. If you are dropping in for three or more classes, we recommend purchasing a punch card.

Follow the link to schedule your drop-in, or email info@giffordfitness.com with your fitness background (including any current injuries) and when you’d like to drop in, and we’ll get you all set!

Please give us 24-48 hours heads up before dropping in.

We ask that all visitors arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time so that we can chat about any injuries, fitness goals, and help you get settled in before class starts.
