MEET WITH A COACH

Team coaches or captains schedule a 30-45 minute meeting to sit down with a coach and discuss their team’s goals, season schedule, what’s worked, and what hasn’t.

We’ll learn as much as we can about your team and work to find the right fit for a partnership.

TRAINING SESSION

Coaches who are looking to set up an in-season partnership, where athletes train with us in our classes, can arrange for a 1-hour free training session.

We’ll run the group through a warm-up, workout, and cool down that’s similar to what an in-season training workout would look like and explain the next steps on how to keep training with us. We’ll answer any questions that athletes have about training, goals, recovery, and nutrition.

Over the last six years Irondale Swim and Dive has been utilizing Nick Gifford as their strength coach. This training has been an integral part of the team’s success over those years. From our All-State athletes to our JV athletes, Nick and staff have done an outstanding job at working with each individual to achieve their specific goals. The athlete’s strength and overall fitness increases dramatically as the season progresses. Nick and the staff ensure that athletes are building strength through safe, effective, fun, and personalized training cycles which is enjoyable for all.
