Membership Structure

All of our Group Class memberships renew automatically on the first of the month. Members not starting on the first of the month will have their first month prorated accordingly.

Memberships run on a “classes per month” format. Unused classes do not rollover into the following month.

You may up-grade your membership at any time. You may down-grade your membership once the current month membership is finished.

We require a one month advance notice of cancellation.

FAQs

  • Our first step is a personal Free Help Session. It’s how we get to know you, find out what you’re looking for, and what your goals are.

    Through a simple workout, we’ll see how you move, and give you a brief idea of what it is like to work with us.

    Our second step is one of our On-Ramp programs: Movement Prep or Kickstart. These programs will orient you with the gym and get you ready for classes!

  • Every prospective member (even experienced athletes) will benefit from a Free Help Session and some variation of the On-Ramp programs before getting involved in our group classes.

  • Yes! Our classes are designed for members of all levels of experience and fitness. Every workout is coached and scaled to your ability. You do not need prior gym experience, strength, or conditioning to start. We focus on learning movements correctly, building confidence, and progressing at a sustainable pace.

  • For quality control, we cap all of our Adult classes at 12 people, Teens at 24, and Pre-Teens at 12. This allows everyone an optimal group fitness experience and allows our coaches to do their best work.

    All spots in our classes require reservations.

  • Classes are one hour long. Each class is completely coach-led, begins with a warm-up, involves skill work, a main workout, and a cool down.

  • Workouts focus on strength, balance, mobility, fitness and athleticism using barbells, dumbbells, bikes, rowers, and bodyweight movements. Training is structured, coached, and goal-oriented. Movements are scaled to meet you where you are and build you up to the next level.

If you are in town for a few days, are an experienced CrossFitter, are a member of another affiliate, please contact us to arrange a workout with us.

The fee for a drop-in is $35. If you are dropping in for three or more classes, we recommend purchasing a punch card.
