Grab a paddle and fund a barbell: the Giffy Gives Pickleball Tournament is a 12-team, all-levels bracket. Proceeds fund new equipment for our youngest and adaptive athletes.
Lift for Hope: A Benefit for the Alexandra House
Lift For Hope is an all-day Weightlifting event to raise $50,000 for our local emergency shelter for domestic and sexual violence survivors, Alexandra House.

USA Weightlifting Level 1 COACHING CERTIFICATION
In this two-day course, participants will gain practical information about how to safely and effectively teach how to snatch, clean, squat, and jerk as well as how to best utilize weightlifting movements for beginner lifters and sport performance athletes.
