GiffyFit Pre-Teens

GiffyFit Pre-Teens is a structured, fun training program designed to build well-rounded young athletes ages 9-12. Across four weekly classes, pre-teens develop balance, coordination, speed, agility, strength, and endurance while learning how to move and lift safely.

With age-appropriate coaching and an emphasis on confidence and effort, these classes help kids perform better in their sports, reduce injury risk, and prepare them to transition smoothly into our Teens Program—all while having a great time!

Pre-Teens GiffyFit

Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm
Pre-teens will build every area of athleticism: balance, coordination, speed, agility, strength, endurance, and stamina.

Pre-Teens Weightlifitng

Tuesdays and Fridays 5:30-6:30pm
Pre-teens will learn the fundamentals of safe, effective weightlifting with barbells and dumbbells. We have six 15lb "trainer" barbells just for these classes!

How often should Pre-Teens train?

Workouts are designed to allow for training all 4 days each week. We recommend a minimum of 2 days per week. We have a 1x/week option available to anyone in-season with their main sport.

Join Classes!

FREE Intro SESSION

Most prospective Pre-Teens start out with a Free Intro Session - a short intro session with one of our certified and professional coaches who will talk to you about the program and bring your young athlete through a short workout! Intro Sessions take 30 minutes in total.

These sessions are also perfect for assessing the best placement for kids who are on the age cusp for joining the Teens Program.

JOIN CLASSES

Pre-Teen athletes fit right into classes whenever they are ready to start! They’re able to balance classes with other sports and activities year-round and attend regularly, 1-4x per week.
