Gifford Fitness has always had a philanthropic and community based mission. Over the years, Gifford Fitness has helped raise over $100,000 for charities and foundations that support health, education and at-risk youth.
Giffy Gives was established to help provide an umbrella and structure for the many charitable events and philanthropic objectives, that Gifford Fitness, GiffyFit Teens and GiffyFit Kids pursue. We prioritize opportunities and initiatives that benefit girls and young women with safety and fitness.
Giffy Gives is our 501(c)(3) and aims to provide significant funds and opportunities for shelter, youth fitness, and college education.

Lift For Hope
Every Summer, we hold a fitness event to raise significant funds for Alexandra House, our local emergency shelter for domestic and sexual violence survivors. To date, we’ve raised well over $100,000 for Alexandra House since 2021. Check out our events page or socials for more info.

Youth Fitness Scholarships
Gifford Fitness has two Youth programs - GiffyFit Kids (ages 3-10) and GiffyFit Teens (11-18). Gifford Fitness Youth programs not only build sports performance, but also aims to drive a wedge between the modern trend of unhealthy habits that trickle down to our youth - and instead teach confidence, bravery, leadership and healthy habits.
The Gifford Fitness Youth Scholarship Fund provides support to youth athletes and removes financial barriers to opportunities with Gifford Fitness, specifically girls and young women for leadership and opportunities for high level athletics.

College Scholarships
Every year, Gifford Fitness helps send a number of our teenage athletes to college and pursue their next steps in life.
Giffy Gives commits to awarding a number of college scholarships annually to hard workers and young leaders.
