Legends is a mobility and movement program for anyone 55+ who’s not ready to slow down!
The program will help you feel strong, confident, stable, balanced, and coordinated.
You’ll be able to pursue health, physical independence, and longevity in a supportive community environment.
Monthly memberships include personal training and small group classes where you’ll get personal attention - we’ll meet you where you are and where you want to go — you won’t get lost in a crowd.
If you’re at the height of your career or retired, an empty nester, a grandparent, an aunt or uncle – Legends is for you!
No previous fitness experience is needed!

PERSONAL TRAINING
We include personal training sessions in Legends to give each athlete the attention and individualization that they deserve: strength, balance, mobility, and endurance are all factors that we can prioritize for the individual in personal training sessions.
GROUP SESSIONS
Social connections are not only a key ingredient in mental well-being but also make physical activities more fun and engaging.
The hour-long group classes are a chance to exercise in a supportive, community setting through straightforward but relatively challenging training sessions.
FREE HELP SESSION
Prospective members schedule a 45-minute Free Help Session where they sit down with a coach, discuss their goals, health and fitness history, what’s worked, and what hasn’t — as well as learn more about our program.
We’ll go through a short (optional) movement routine to see what we’re working with. This is the opportunity to personalize and tailor our program for you.
KICKSTART
For folks who want to develop the habit of getting to the gym and get the most out of their fitness, they’ll need to dedicate consistent time towards their health.
The Kickstart is designed for that! You’ll attend 12×30 minute private sessions stretched across 4 weeks (3 sessions per week). Each day we’ll warm up, learn a new movement, and perform a workout.
Each week slowly builds in skill and challenge.
The Kickstart is $499, and is perfect for anyone looking to get started with the Legends program!
GROUP CLASSES & Personal Sessions
To see the most progress and best results, we recommend clients visit the gym 3x/week through a combination of Coach-led Group Classes and Personal Training Sessions.
The exact combination of Classes and Sessions is up to you and your goals!
