On Feb. 7th 2026, Gifford Fitness will host our only USAW sanctioned meet of the calendar year. This meet is inclusive, for beginners and veterans alike! Every age and weight category are welcome at this meet.

Other notes/schedule notes:

*No spectator fee!

*5000 sq/ft facility with a separate warm up room, multiple bathrooms and plenty of bars and weights (in pounds) to go around.

*Registration closes on Monday of meet week (2/2/26), with start lists going out by Wednesday (2/4/26) at the latest. 

*All Women categories will lift first in the morning ( first session starts at 8 am), All Male categories will after. Depending on number of lifters, the men could start just before or sometime after noon.

*General session start times will be 8 am, 11 am, 2 pm. Depending on number of lifters, sessions 2 or 3 may start slightly earlier. Start times will be solidified after registration closes on Feb 2nd.
