12u/14u Softball and Baseball
Calling all 12u/14u Softball and Baseball players!
As a young ballplayer, developing your athleticism off the field is just as important as building your game on the field. The stronger you are, the harder you can hit and throw. The faster you are, the better you can steal bases and catch those game winning fly balls. The more conditioning you have, the longer you can play at a high level on tournament weekends. The better you move and the more training you have under your belt, the more injury resistant you will be.
Learn to train like a high level athlete from some of the best athletes that Gifford Fitness has helped produce:
Sid LaMotte, a power hitter and Infielder from Green Bay
Stella Kiemele, a highly explosive Pitcher from UConn
June McGrath, a durable and gritty Catcher from Stony Brook
All Assistant Coaches are D1 athletes in college, were multi sport varsity athletes in high school and are very experienced with training and competition. They are also athletes in our GiffyFit Collegiate program.
Join us for a Summer of training with Head Coach Nick Gifford (CF-L3) and take the next step in your training to being a better athlete and a better ballplayer! Athletes can register for 1x/week or 2x/week for the Summer for this Strength Camp, but are also able to upgrade to a regular GiffyFit Teens Membership to get access to our other Speed and Agility, Weightlifting and CrossFit sessions, hosted every morning and evening at Gifford Fitness.
