Coach Apprentice and Resident Athlete

I’ve played competitive softball for 13 years, including six years with the Minnesota Force. During a winter training session with the Minnesota Force in 2021, I first met Coach Nick, and his support and encouragement had a profound impact on my journey as an athlete. 

I play Division 1 softball for the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay while pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communication. My competitive mindset fuels my drive to excel both on the field, in the classroom, and in the gym. 

Gifford Fitness has been crucial in my growth, offering a community of like-minded individuals, boosting my confidence in my fitness abilities, and significantly improving my physical strength. The guidance I have received here has contributed to my development as an athlete and as a person.

I am passionate about leaving behind a positive legacy in others’ lives. I coach because I want to be everyone’s “cheerleader.” My goal is to help instill confidence in others, just as this gym has done for me.
