PERSONAL TRAINING

Personalized skill and strength development, unique schedules, sport-specific training, physical limitations and special needs are just a few of the many reasons clients choose to work individually with a coach. Typically, personal training is set up as a membership of anywhere from 2 to 12 sessions, that renews on a 4 week cycle.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a broad and inclusive program geared toward optimizing health and fitness across your years.  Our primary focus is on developing high quality movement to help prevent and rehabilitate injuries, while also challenging people to move in a large variety of ways that are likely outside their current day-to-day life. We strive to build a “better athlete” – one that can avoid injuries caused by poor movement, and one that has a capacity to work through anything that life throws their way, whether it be injury, disease, trauma, or any of the other natural ebbs and flows of life.

We keep our CrossFit classes small because we care about providing the best possible coaching experience for you, not just having you in the room to workout. We work with you to determine your wants, needs, and goals, take a look at where you are now in relation to those, and then build from there. Our CrossFit program is truly for anyone- We have “average Joes and Janes”, folks pursuing health for the first time in their lives, former Division 1 athletes, current World Championship competitors, and everything in between.

STRENGTH DAY

Our Strength Days are designed to make you STRONG – regardless of where you start. A typical Strength Day class will focus on skill and strength work related directly to the Snatch or Clean and Jerk, including Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, basic Gymnastics, and explosive Plyometrics.

We welcome lifters at all levels of experience. We have had Weightlifting athletes medal on the National and World Championship level, and we have helped people fall in love with Weightlifting who have never touched a barbell before.

Gifford Fitness CrossFit Kids

CROSSFIT KIDS

Our CrossFit Kids program is for kids 7-10 years old and consists of 60-minute sessions designed around play, getting kids moving, skills that carry over into many sports, and most of all FUN!

Participants in our Kids program can expect to learn about healthy fitness and nutrition habits, positive thinking, and how to be brave and believe in themselves!

TEENS CROSSFIT + WEIGHTLIFTING

Our CrossFit and Weightlifting program for Teens is a year-round sports training program for youth athletes between the ages of 11-18 who are either currently competing in a high school sport or who plan to try out for a sport within the next year. Our program is designed primarily to: keep young athletes injury free by building a base of athleticism, develop strength and explosive power, and develop sport-specific performance.

We have after school sessions in the fall, winter, and spring, and morning sessions in the summer.

Our CrossFit Teens program was designed as a response to the many repetitive and overuse injuries we see in youth athletes (e.g. “swimmer shoulders,” “tennis elbow,” knee and ankle injuries in runners, etc.). We want each athlete to enjoy their sport for years to come as they get older, bigger, and stronger and put more force on their joints. We focus on improving their strength in all areas and create strong shoulders, strong hips, strong knees and ankles. We also focus on stability and explosiveness in each these areas, improving each athlete’s ability to excel at their sport.

Throughout this program, you can expect that each athlete will increase their lean muscle mass, their explosiveness, their confidence, and learn many new skills to help them excel in their respective sports. Curious which program will work best for you? Click the link below to talk with a Coach!

Membership Options

NUTRITION COACHING

Current members of Gifford Fitness have access to our individualized nutrition coaching program. Clients work with a personal coach every week to reach their goals, going through a developing curriculum set by the coach that is unique to their goals and timeline. We focus on creating small, manageable action steps and set weekly meetings with nutrition clients to ensure the best possible outcome for both the short and long term. We have a “health first” focus toward nutrition, and encourage clients to build sustainable and effective habits rather than focusing on a “quick fix” approach. There are no “bad” foods, and we’re all about giving you the tools to reach your goals, and helping you decide how to best use them!

GROUP KICKSTART

Kickstart is a four-week ramp up program that develops a fitness routine around health and wellness. It’s offered 1-2x each year. Led by health-focused, professional coaches, Kickstart combines the benefits of strength and cardio training, nutrition, and mindfulness practices.

We limit Kickstart sizes to 12 people, ensuring that you’ll get the personal attention and support you need to be successful.

It’s a perfect introduction to Gifford Fitness and a great next step in becoming the happiest, healthiest version of yourself!

KICKSTART AT HOME

Have trouble figuring out what healthy meals you’re going to eat this week? Not able to make it to the gym regularly? Our personalized Kickstart At Home program is written and developed personally for you! Meet with a coach and get a reusable fitness and nutrition plan that includes workouts, a meal plan, healthy recipes, and a log for your results so you can measure your progress for the second, third, and fourth time you go through it!
