Our CrossFit Teens program was designed as a response to the many repetitive and overuse injuries we see in youth athletes (e.g. “swimmer shoulders,” “tennis elbow,” knee and ankle injuries in runners, etc.). We want each athlete to enjoy their sport for years to come as they get older, bigger, and stronger and put more force on their joints. We focus on improving their strength in all areas and create strong shoulders, strong hips, strong knees and ankles. We also focus on stability and explosiveness in each these areas, improving each athlete’s ability to excel at their sport.
Throughout this program, you can expect that each athlete will increase their lean muscle mass, their explosiveness, their confidence, and learn many new skills to help them excel in their respective sports.
