Gifford Fitness Legends is a mobility and movement program for anyone 55+ who’s not ready to slow down!
The program will help you feel strong, confident, stable, balanced, coordinated. You’ll be able to pursue health, physical independence, and longevity in a supportive community environment.
No previous fitness experience is needed!
Monthly memberships include personal training and small group classes where you’ll get personal attention and won’t get lost in a crowd.
- We include personal training sessions in this program in order to give each athlete the attention and individualization that they deserve: strength, balance, mobility, and endurance are all factors that we can prioritize to the individual in personal training sessions.
- The hour-long group classes are a chance to exercise in a supportive, community setting through straight-forward but relatively challenging training sessions.
If you’re at the hight of your career or retired, an empty nester, a grandparent, an aunt or uncle – Legends is for you!
The first step in getting started is an Introductory Help Session with a Gifford Fitness Coach. You’ll have a chance to tour the gym, chat about your personal goals, and do a light workout. Your coach will talk through the membership options that would be a best fit for you!
