CrossFit Teens Fall 2019 is a seasonal sports training program for youth athletes between the ages of 12-18 who are either currently competing in a high school sport or who plan to try out for a sport within the next year. Our program is designed primarily to: keep young athletes injury free by building a base of athleticism, develop strength and explosive power, and develop sport-specific performance.
· Designed as a response to the many repetitive and overuse injuries we see in youth athletes (e.g. “swimmer shoulders,” “tennis elbow,” knee and ankle injuries in runners, etc
· Focus on improving strength in all areas and create strong shoulders, strong hips, strong knees and ankles
· Expect that each athlete will increase lean muscle mass, explosiveness, confidence, and learn many new skills to help them excel in their respective sports.
