1 • FREE HELP SESSION

Prospective members schedule a 45 minute Free Help Session where they sit down with a coach, discuss their goals, health and fitness history, what’s worked, what hasn’t as well as learn more about our programs. Then, we’ll go through a short workout (optional) to move around and see what we’re working with. This is the opportunity to personalize and tailor our program for you.

2 • PERSONAL TRAINING

After your Free Help Session, we’ll move into one of our two Personal Training Options, depending on what you and your coach decide to do.

I.      Movement Prep: The Movement Prep is an introduction program that consists of four 60 minute private training sessions alongside a 1 month unlimited membership.

It is specifically designed to help new members who have weightlifting and CrossFit experience develop their movement to a higher standard and build relationships with their coaches.

This includes Fitness and Movement instruction, Nutrition habits, and will get you started on the right path toward your goals at Gifford Fitness!

The Movement Prep is $399, and is well suited for experienced athletes.

II.      Kickstart: For people who want to develop the habit of getting to the gym and get the most out of their fitness, they’ll need to dedicate consistent time towards their health. Enter The Kickstart.

The Kickstart is 12×30 minute private sessions stretched across 4 weeks (3 sessions per week) where each day we’ll warm up, learn a new movement, perform a workout.

Consistency and dedication are the key to any fitness goal, and The Kickstart program is a great avenue to develop that.

The Kickstart is $499, and is perfect for anyone looking to get started at Gifford Fitness.

3 • GROUP CLASSES or PERSONAL TRAINING

Make no mistake, having a dedicated coach through Personal Training is the most efficient way to achieve any fitness goal. Some people want to get fit with others in a Group Class setting, so we offer both!

Our premium membership with unlimited access to all of our group classes on a monthly basis. If you really want to dedicate yourself to self-improvement, this is the path for you. Most of our clients start at 3x/week and increase to Unlimited from there, but some are ready for Unlimited right out of the gates. TEENS CROSSFIT & WEIGHTLIFTING

Teens CrossFit and Weightlifting is a year-round sports training program for youth athletes between the ages of 11-18 who are either currently competing in a high school sport or who plan to try out for a sport within the next year. Our program is designed primarily to keep young athletes injury free by building a base of athleticism, develop strength and explosive power, and develop sport-specific performance.

SCHEDULE A FREE INTRO SESSION

KIDS AND PRE-SCHOOL CROSSFIT

Our CrossFit Kids and Pre-School program is for kids 7-10 years old and pre-schoolers 3-6. Each hour-long session consists of 45 minutes of play, movement, development of skills that carry over into many sports, and most of all FUN! Active time is followed by 15 minutes of supervised cool-down and chill time.

Gifford Fitness Legends training program for anyone who’s 55+ and not ready to slow down!

We offer two membership options that pair personal training and a weekly group class.

  • We include personal training sessions in this program in order to give each athlete the attention and individualization that they deserve: strength, balance, mobility, and endurance are all factors that we can prioritize to the individual in personal training sessions.
  • The hour-long group classes are a chance to exercise in a supportive, community setting through straight-forward but relatively challenging training sessions.

No previous fitness experience is needed!
