Our comprehensive 4 session introductory program specifically designed to help new members prepare to participate in our group classes. Each session includes movement instruction, a workout, as well as a follow up that includes demo videos of each movement, an at home workout, and nutrition guidance! Once completed, each athlete will be fully prepared to start with classes. Personal Programming ($65)- For those who want or need a program tailored to their specific needs and goals, we will run you through an assessment (this varies depending on the intended program) and write you a personal program that can either run indefinitely, cycle every 4 weeks, 8 weeks, etc. Cost may vary on programs longer than 8 weeks.

We write mobility programming, strength programs, GPP programs, running programs (long distance or sprint), and gymnastics programs.

Personal Training (Varies) – If you want to experience CrossFit, Barbell Club, or any variation of health and fitness in a one on one setting with personal attention, and a personal program suited to your needs and wants, contact us for Personal Training pricing! Our single session prices are: $45 for 30 minute sessions, $65 for 45 minute sessions, and $80 for 60 minute sessions, with discounts for package plans.

CrossFit Teens – Winter 2019 – 2020

Dates: 12/2/19 – 3/13/20 either MWF at 3:30 PM OR MTTH at 3:30PM

CrossFit Teens Winter 2019 is a seasonal sports training program for youth athletes between the ages of 12-18 who are either currently competing in a high school sport or who plan to try out for a sport within the next year.  Our program is designed primarily to: keep young athletes injury free by building a base of athleticism, develop strength and explosive power, and develop sport-specific performance.

·       Designed as a response to the many repetitive and overuse injuries we see in youth athletes (e.g. “swimmer shoulders,” “tennis elbow,” knee and ankle injuries in runners, etc

·       Focus on improving strength in all areas and create strong shoulders, strong hips, strong knees and ankles

·       Expect that each athlete will increase lean muscle mass, explosiveness, confidence, and learn many new skills to help them excel in their respective sports.
