We have a 3 step process to getting involved with Gifford Fitness. Our first step is a free private consultation where we get to know you, what you’re looking for, and what your goals are. We’ll go through a simple baseline workout to see how you move, and give you a brief idea of what it is like to work with us. Our second step is the Movement Prep, which involves 6 discounted private sessions before getting involved with our group classes. Here, we go through all the popular movements that we do in our programs, as well as short workouts to get your body used to the intensity of our training before having to go through a workout in the group setting. Lastly, we’re ready to jump into group classes!

All of our prospective members are required to go through our Private Consultation and some variation of the Movement Prep before getting involved into our group classes. See our visitor/drop in policy for one time visits.

We love visitors at Gifford Fitness!  If you are in town for a few days and a member of another affiliate and would like to check us out, please feel free to contact us to meet a coach and share a workout with us. Please give us 24-48 hours heads up before dropping in.

We ask that all drop-in visitors arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time.  Thanks!

If you are stopping in for just a class or two, we don’t have standard pricing for drop-ins but ask that you buy a gift card (minimum value $20) for the coach leading your class.  They would greatly appreciate it! Our coaches especially love Chipotle, Good Earth, Target, and Rogue.

If you are dropping in for three or more classes, we recommend purchasing a punch card.  You can email [email protected] for more information.

For quality control, we cap all of our classes at 12 people. This allows everyone an optimal group fitness experience, as well as that it allows our coaches to do their best work. All spots in our classes are reserved.
