“I decided to start nutrition coaching with Nick because I was sick of feeling tired, lethargic and flabby. I was a self-confessed sugar addict consuming sugar in pretty much every meal and snack I ate every day, and had been this way for as long as I remember. I’d always been slim though, so never really thought it was a problem until I moved to the US, and until I started CrossFit.
Nick’s nutrition coaching taught me how to eat properly balanced meals and provide the right fuel for my body to cope with day to day life and of course CrossFit. He taught me that it’s not about ‘diets’ and it doesn’t matter what the number on the scale says. It’s more important how you feel and how your clothes fit. He also taught me to be more adventurous with my meal choices and to plan ahead to make it easier to choose healthy food after a tiring day at work.
Now i’m equipped with the right tools and knowledge to fight and overcome my sugar addiction. And having had a taste for how good you feel when you do eat properly, I try to remember this to remind myself to make the right choices.”
